“Energy Resources CHP” RSEZ SIA receives the award of Rēzekne City Council

As every year, alongside exhibition-fair “Rēzekne Entrepreneur 2016”, on November 25, 2016 Rēzekne City Municipality presented awards “Rēzekne Enterprise of the Year” to the best and most successful enterprises of Rēzekne city. This year award in nomination “The Best Enterprises of RSEZ” was granted to Rēzekne SEZ enterprise “Energy Resources CHP” RSEZ SIA (previously “Atmosclear CHP” RSEZ SIA).

Enterprise “Energy Resources CHP” RSEZ SIA within the last years has undergone rapid development process, ensuring the common growth of the economy of Rēzekne city. In 2015 work of cogeneration station was started in the enterprise, concluding investment project, which had created 9 workplaces and made investments in amount of 12 million euros. This year enterprise “Energy resources CHP” RSEZ SIA also received the second place in the competition of “Rēzekne SEZ Year Award” in the group of small and medium sized enterprises.

Altogether, by reviewing the achievements of enterprises in the previous year, Rezekne City Council awards were granted to 10 enterprises: transport enterprises SIA “Komkon” and SIA “Saho”, meat processing company SIA “Rēzeknes Gaļas Kombināts”, producer of furniture SIA “Mebir S”, road building and renovation company SIA “Ceļi un tilti”, provider of heating systems SIA “Siltumtehserviss”, catering company SIA “AV Baltic Restaurant”, wood processing enterprise “Energy Resources CHP” RSEZ SIA, seller of construction material SIA “Ruvar”, as well as medical treatment institution SIA “Rēzeknes slimnīca”.
